Start-up temperature: No more than 25℃

Camber of the borosilicate glass tube should be no more than 0.3%.
The transection of the borosilicate glass tube, which is 40-60mm away from flange end, should be round. The ratio of the longest to the shortest radial dimensions of borosilicate glass tube no more than 1.02.

Disadvantages of normal inner flask:

In general there are three welding line. Therefore the joint will be formed between welding lines. Meanwhile water in china contains high content of chlorine ion. Even if use magnesium to soften water, it cannot guarantee that the inner flask does not leak. So it is called as deadliness delta of water leakage in the field of wate heater.
